A yahoo commerce web store has taken my order and money but will not ship my stuff or contact me. What do I do?
The company is called Art Glass Supplies Plus.com and the visa was charged to Kimberly Murdock. I thought the company looked pretty solid online but now I have found they are just dealers for Delphi glass. They will not return my phone calls or emails. I have opened a dispute with pay pal and I just want a refund. Can yahoo help with this as they are the small business sponsors of their site? There is a little Yahoo Commerce logo at the bottom which makes me think they must have looked solvent to yahoo also. Please help. I am an artist and 291.00 is a lot of money to me. Thank you

Sorry to hear that.. You trust people and they turn out to be shady. But Yahoo would not be responsible for this. Yahoo is just a web host. There is no contract between them and yahoo they are just paying month to month. Just like any web host they don’t check what you are selling as long as you pay your monthly or yearly fees.
