Would love to hear your ideas about transforming my Bathroom.?
My house is 5 years old and has a very modern up to date bathroom that i just hate.It has a large square mirror with stainless steel frame , this also matches the shower.The basin is just pure white with matching doors and square stainless steel handles.The walls are painted grey and there is just some white tiles with a black and white border in the shower and around the bathtub.The window is large and above the tub and is blacked steel framed and clear glass (not frosted).The room also has 2 wall lights at end and both are square stainless steel with a white frosted cover….
Any one have some ideas they would like to share to make it more cosy and Art Deco theme?
There are plastic appliques available to put on the window. I purchased a real stained glass window to put in front of my plain glass window similar to the one in the second link. I purchased picture frame moldings and installed them around my stainless steel framed mirror. You can buy them prefinished or paint them with any number of faux finishes. I glued them to the glass.
Light fixtures and faucets are easily replaced. Visit a home center and look over what’s available.
